Making these decorations is a  meticulous process and requires great patience and skills. The artisans are divided across four different work stations depending on their expertise and, by working all together, they can make between two and six decorations a day, depending on the design (for instance, Bob Marley and Diana Ross are the most complicated to make due to the amount of details on them!) We are very proud that this range of products currently provide full time employment to 14 men and women in a rural part of Bangladesh and are looking forward to welcoming even more iconic pop stars in our ornaments collection!
